Lovely private resort style apartments- stylish and great spec

By far the best resort style residential building in Dubai and just check out the new restaurant outside the grounds. The place to be!

Great size apartments for newer building, well lit, great layouts, very contemporary and stunning golf course and Emirates Hills views. Great quality and workmanship and just a really nice peaceful place to be to escape city life.

No hotel guests ruining the privacy and the amazing facilities on site such as spa, gardens, cafe, amazing pool which gets the sun all day.

Very friendly and attentive staff.
A ridiculous review of the building below no idea what he’s is blabbing on about! There’s always one!

We have been here for over 12 months and had no issues
All the friends we have made here also love it! Fully recommend to anyone who is interested in something more stylish and quiet near the Marina.

Poorly designed and avoid any unit facing emirates golf side

Lived here for 6 months and litany of issues. Constant noise at night from car racing esp. weekend nights, audible even on 24th. Zero insulation on windows.
Air conditioning controls only in 2 of 3 bedrooms and nothing in maids. Poor storage in bed rooms apart from master.
Poor workmanship – shower that does not drain. One socket in kitchen.
Damp coming through walls
Fungus growing in air conditioning system
Good gym. Good staff and services. Units way over priced and avoid for rentals
