I strongly advise against conducting any transactions with Banke. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. Some employees mislead potential customers just to secure business. They promised to part of the commission if I purchased a property through them. However, after I completed the purchase, they stopped answering my calls and failed to deliver on their promise.
