Terrible scammers ! stay away!

Cars are old adn dirty, they lure you with cheap prices and at the time of giving the car back you can forget your deposit 100% they will never give it back. They charged me 250AED for car washing as they claim that I need to return the car cleaned. The car was completely clean when I returned it and they took 250AED on top of deposit! They are rude, unprofessional a bunch of scammer! I have made a complaint to the authorities.

Rent a car

I must say that this rent a car company is misleading and is not at all transparent with their customers.

1. Their website rental and actual rentals are complete different and they are actually much higher then what you show on website,

2. They delivered the car with 25% fuel and I returned the car with 90% fuel but still they have not refunded me the excess fuel. This is not normal with other rent a car companies,

3. The symbol car that they delivered was of 3rd grade condition and different from the pictures that were shared with me,

4. They have deducted 50/- + vat on administrative fees for deposit refund. This is ridiculous. I am taking rent a car with so many companies this is not a charge that they recover, even if it is they should have to clarify at the time of delivering the car and taking deposit which was not done. They can include anything in the agreement but to the customers they should clearly spell out the applicable charges upfront. But maybe this is how this company earn revenues by playing such petty games with your customers.

However by doing this they can earn a revenue one time from a customer but lose that customer forever and he will never come back to you.

They have cheated me of 50/- AED + access fuel charges which I’m sure they realize as well that it’s incorrect.

However I will now not fight for this any further but one thing is for sure that I will never recommend your company to any of my corporate clients and my professional network. I work for a travel business and understand the importance of service and customer satisfaction.

You score a big ZERO on that front.

Never Rent From Them They are A Mechanic Store.

NEVER Rent from Bab Al Madeena, it’s a mechanic store renting old vehicles.

I was in Dubai in Feb. 2022 and found them online, the salespeople were very good at convincing me, the car I was given was a 2015 Kia Picanto with more than 150000.00 Miles which was fine until I drove it from Dubai to Abu Dhabi this is when the engine started to shut off completely on the freeway where the speed is about 160 km/hour.

Thankfully I didn’t get into an accident, I called them and they advised me to visit their store, a young kid looked into it and said it was the fuel pump! he went to another similar car uninstalled the old pump and reinstalled it on the one I have, (using a hammer and screwdriver), then said I should be ok, the same problem happened again this is when I threatened them to call the Dubai police so they replaced the Kia with a Mitsubishi Mirage little better than the Kia.

At the end of the rental period, I asked to refund my $400 deposit and this is another nightmare they started to say we have to see if you have tickets and wait for 21 business days, which was OK then after 37 days they asked for my bank account, I said please refund to the same credit card and they refused.

I have a one-speed ticket of $100 but they refunded me $245 without justifying the difference, only said the difference is admin fees.

In general, they are all rude mechanics and don’t know anything about customer service

Each time I contact them to ask a question, they say please remind us in a few days.

Worst company to deal with

I have rented a car through them I returned the car they took the deposit and never returned it back plus they charged me extra 1344 aed extra and I was back in Beirut when they charged me this amount .
