Due to severe back pain, I have visited Ayurmana Silicon Oasis branch in Dubai. Dr. Deepa examined me and suggested for 10 days Ayurvedic treatment. The treament includes oil massage (Uzhichil) and ‘Ela kizhi’, done by therapist Mr. Jibu, Highly expert and very professional in this filed. His uzhichil was amazing. within 2 days after the treatment back pain slightly reduced, apart from the uzhichil & Kizhi Dr Deepa prescribed for inner medicine, after 10 days treatment back pain was copletely cured.

From bad to worse

I had got in with a slight spasm on my back.. while o was still continuing with my activity lifestyle.. was recommended one week treatment to ease my lower back pain .. however the therapist was out of his mind .. he massaged my lower back with intense pressure using his elbow.. I was in severe pain and discomfort and I asked him to stop as I couldn’t take it anymore and felt the pain worsening, however the therapist insisted that this os the only way to release the stiffness and spasm in the lower back area.. now it has been a month since the incident and I can’t sit for more than 10-15 minutes.. the MRI discovered a swelling in my lower spine.. and am undergoing physiotherapy to fix my issue ..
Moral; if it is not broken… don’t fix it at Ayurmana.
