I brought my car to the garage after it was slightly damaged during the Eid period. They did everything they could to get the insurance approval quickly and prepared the car perfectly. I explained to Mr Arjun the manager that I needed the car before school started so I could take my children, and he did his best to arrange everything and complete the repairs while I was away. They were extraordinary and helped me a lot, and the repair was top-notch

On Thursday, January 2, 2025, I took my car to the service center. Despite having insurance and getting approval from my insurance company, they did not repair my car. They don’t answer phone calls. It’s a terrible service company—no one cares.

They returned my car to me on February 8, and when I inspected it, I found that they had broken the handbrake holder but didn’t inform me. Later, they told me that they hadn’t installed the airbag sensor, saying they had ordered the part and that I could use my car in the meantime, promising to install it later.

Fifteen days passed, and a person named Jaison kept ignoring me. I called every day, and he just kept saying, “I will update you,” without actually doing anything.

Today is February 27, and the part still hasn’t been installed. My car has been with them for three days now. Please do not take your vehicle to such a place!

Quick maintenance
