The real estate agent rotation is unbelievable, what makes me believe that there is something wrong with the company management. Four months passed and Still waiting to have them refund my deposit as they couldn’t reserve the unit of my choice, they’ve tried to sell me something else instead. Had to fly to Dubai in order to deal with matter, almost spent as much as deposit paid in expenses. Currently in the process to file a court suitcase against them as they failed to have the developer refund my deposit.

Recently closed a deal with Djamilya Abdullaeva @ A X Capital @ Creek Beach. It was a very hectic experience as we wanted to close quickly with a mortgage to sort out. On top of that we had to deal with other unethical and sleazy RE agents trying to break the deal. Djamilya took this on from the very beginning. She practices ethically, stands her ground and fights for you as a client (vs others where you really question who they are actually working for considering that the sellers are actually paying for their commissions!) Djamilya persevered through the process. She also connected me to Mashreq bank’s mortgage specialist Chacko A. who worked very hard and at all hours to ensure my file was managed efficiently & as swiftly in this intricate process we were in + we closed the deal in 3 weeks!! Team work, transparency and ethical practices brought my property deal to fruition. Barbara Sales of Ax Capital Real Estate in Dubai was the worst interaction I have had with any Dubai real estate agent or broker. With only a few weeks left to obtain my resident visa, and before finding my permanent multi-million dollar home, I wanted to quickly find a property to rent for one year as soon as my visa was accepted and my bank account opened before I left to go back to the U.S. Apparently, Barbara Sales is a new salesperson or extremely lazy because ALL real estate is a maybe, possibility, or chance that you find gold (I am gold). She blew it because she proclaimed she was not going to waste her time until I had all my ducks in a row, everything approved, and that I was fully qualified. Little does she know how qualified I am, but Barbara Sales and Ax Capital Real Estate will never know because I will never rent, buy, or interact with them again simply because of her attitude and unwillingness to do her job. Anyone can lie and claim to be a UAE resident and fully qualified—does she believe that one phone call will qualify someone simply because they claim to be qualified? Please, her listings are a dime a dozen in Dubai, and agents and brokers like her are lazy and think they are using good time management. Either she is really dumb or extremely lazy—I think she is strictly lazy, and Ax Capital should think twice about hosting her brokerage. I am going to make sure the owner finds out that there was a qualified person wanting to rent their apartment, but Barbara Sales at Ax Capital Real Estate did not want to spend 30 minutes to an hour showing us their property. If Barbara responds, it will demonstrate that she will waste her time on this rather than show her listings to qualified candidates. She will miss out on a commission from a rental of AED 185,000 and a commission from a home of AED 10,000,000, assuming I had a good experience with her! Wow, her time must really be high, but she did save 30 min to 1 hour by not showing me one of her listings! Barbara, you list properties and then show them (it is not rocket science) – that’s your job – get over it!
