Charged for work they did not do and caused more damage to the car

I left my range rover vogue with rogue garage. They are completely dishonest people who charge for work they did not do and for work there should not have done. It just needed shock absorbers and water pump. They charged me in total AED 14952.00 + AED 12495.00 + AED 105 and my wife made payent. There said to me that my wife had paid a deposit and this was not the total, however the invoices say otherwise and this was not true . We were told we could not drive it and had to leave it with them for a week and there said there were still chasing for the part. They had charged my wife but clearly had not done the work they had charged for. We decided we had enough of the excuses and continued payments made to them and when we went to recovere the car the traction control was not working, the car was unbalanced at the front where the front right wing was almost resting on the tyre itself and there was a leak. They had not even repaired or replaced both shock absorbers that was needed and the water pump. The parts they did replace was not even needed to be replaced even the compresro suspension leveliing / LR2 according to there invoice was almost new and charged us AED 8136.00. The car was making an awful noise as we wanted to take it away considering we was not allowed to drive it in the first place but some reason appeared happy for us to take it away. The car appeared not to feel right but moving it just a foot appeared and felt dangerous to drive as my wife said there is definately something not right with the car and that it had been tampered with, as it was not driving like this before as you could still drive it. This garage are not qualified or certified / trained technicians to work on range rover vogue. In the UK they have to be trained to work on specialised premium cars like range rover. They Autopro had caused serious damage to the car as it felt alot worse since been left with them to make good repair and the interior had marks and dents while working on the car around the front dash, it was filthy and they must have been playing the radio while working on it as radio stations had been changed. They are dishonest people with a strong lacking of intergrity that really they should be investigated and have there licence revoked as the car was dangerous to drive, charged for repair that did not happen and did not need repair or replaced other than the shock absorbers and water pump. They are not qualified technicians to work on these premium cars but charge significantly over priced repairs and labour compared to many other garages like Al Tayer motors which is the main Range Rover garage. Embaraasingly for Autopro, I had to ask them to arrange a pick up truck and take it away (after a detailed and thorough research on google) as it was too dangerous to drive to a very well respected and honest garage repair that specialises in Range Rover called Waseem Range Rover Specialist with 5.0 stars (77) reviews Auto repair shop in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai. There were brilliant repalced shock absorbers in total for AED 3832.5 while Autopro charged me AED 14952.00 a very big difference…attached both photos as proof. I feel that this garage through my personal experience charge you for work that is either unnecessary or that they simply have not done if you look at my invoice below as proof, therefore it is illegal and bad preactices, they are dishonest, unprofessional and not trained to carry out there work on specialised cars, charge you more than what you should be paying for from your hard earned and honest pay is unethical and bad practice and unlawful. Don’t just take my word for it, just protect yourself by making sure you get a full diagnostic report done first before any work is carried out, make sure they provide you with proof of what they replaced as they could not show me when I asked what they had actually done to the car. Take your beloved car to another but decent reputable garage or a few independent garages to obtain a full and honest report to make sure what they are saying is actually true before you start paying more than you should. Shame on you Autopro – I hope over time people will finally see through you and your skillfully and conning sucessess.

Unprofessional tricksters

I arrived and received a price and agreed with manager. He then proceeded to remove the wheels and the tyres. After 20 mins he then called me and told me that the price has been increased by 50% !!! He would give me his mangers contact details who name is Michael Minay. He then sent a message to his manager who unbelievable refused to talk with me. Overall an hour wasted and to be frank, nobody seemed to accept that this is incredibly bad customer service. I would suggest that you are very careful before using this company. Very sad in times where customer service should be outstanding.

My experience (08/09/2023) at Autopro 7003 Al Qusais Tasjeel branch was amazing. Once again, great service, polite attentive staff (Mr. Ranjith, Mr. Ragin & Mr. Salman), always, and @ very competitive cost. Now great deals on Tires and Batteries.

Tyre claim

Pathatic service, never go for them. I have bought a tyre with 1 year warranty and found a bubble on tyre.
Auto pro done inspection but claim got rejected by company called wanli and they dont even bother to inform the customer.

Worst Senior Mechanic

I took my car Chevrolet Traverse in JVC autopro and let the Senior Mechanic check and change the mounting of my car..but unfortunately after he fixed it,the performance of my car went crazy! The horn was gone,the ac won’t work ,the the right side of the headlights were off and much worst the engine is overheating when idle! Now there were no issues when i brought the car in autopro..but after the senior mechanic put the mounting it went crazy! Everything malfunctioned! And after that they don’t even know how to fix it anymore!! They even told me that i can still drive the car coz they just made a reset in my car.I drove it to drop my husband to work and suddenly the car overheated and same problems occurred..i was so scared since it happened in a highway with a scorching hot weather!!
I even towed my car to have it checked to the experts and they saw some loose electrical wirings got knocked by the mounting itself ..the senior mechanic in autopro did a horrible job!
Never will i come back again to autopro! And will not let anyone undergo what I went through.

Dont live up to their commitments

I went there to get oil filter changed and put oil in the oil filter.

I was promised a free oil change at Autopro Wasl by Edsel and his colleague Shajan Anthony.

AT checkout I mentioned i would get car cleaning done now, and they said no this is with the other oil, we have put ENOC Oil and given you discount. At no point did they clarify that this offer of free car cleaning is not available.

Very very dishonest and misleading .

Never to be visited.
