Late Delivery then Cancelled without Proper Information

I ordered items in their application and it was noted that it will be in express delivery which will take only 90 minutes. The delivery time schedule should be around 10:30 AM. At 2 PM, I called the cll center to follow up my order and they said that they will locate the delivery. At 4PM, I called again and informed that I will be leaving in the office at 5PM which is the delivery address so I need the delivery. They assure me that the delivery will be before 5 PM. I left the office and went home but at around 11PM, the delivery guy called me that he has the delivery. Since I was not in the location, I requested to redeliver next day in the morning. When I checked the app, aster cancelled my items and they said it will be just refunded within 7-10 days!

Don’t even think of buying online with them

It’s literally THE worst online selling company I have ever purchased from. Aster pharmacies have been around in UAE for a long time and were offering good deals online so made a purchase using their App. Had to return so can order the right item again because ordered a shampoo for women instead of men. First they don’t have an able app that does much, for most of the help call their helpline, the help staff is totally useless and unable to do anything besides say a couple of sweet sentences and keep saying Sorry for the Trouble. They collected the return after 2-3 days and said will refund the money within a couple of days. I travelled and forgot, when I remembered, it was almost 15 days passed and found out they never refunded. Had to call them like 4-5 times, send a few mails, after which they sent a mail with a code saying that use this to use the refund money at their App or website as they can not refund money back to me and only refund to my online Aster account to be used with Aster pharmacies only. The amount was AED 210 and I used only 30% of that amount using that code that day. I came back to use the balance 70% after a week to realize the code does not work anymore. It’s been around another month since I am calling them, sending emails but no help getting money back. I don’t know how and why such unprofessional and careless companies are allowed to trade online. Total disregard of customer service and think they are running business in some third world country without regulations or accountability. UAE government should take strict action against all such incapable businesses because they are giving a bad name to the high level of service set by most UAE businesses and the amazing UAE itself.

Misleading and unreliable Return Policy

I am having a very bad experience with Aster online pharmacy. I ordered couple of tablets bottles three days ago which they delivered very quickly. However, I found that this was not the right product so I called them and explained the situation and raised the return and refund request online. More than three days passed and nobody has come to collect the items. I called the contact centre three times in the last three days and every time they give a new excuse and asking for more time and shamelessly says that previous representative gave you the wrong timeline for resolving issues and will take more time.
They are the most shameless and pathetic people having no shame while cheating and misleading the customers.

Upon consulting Dr at Aster DSO , I have opted for home delivery of the medicine. It took almost two days to deliver the medicines and on follow-up only we understood that there was a delay in approval from the insurance company which we have accepted, albeit the reason is still unknown, however, one of the medicines delivered had its shelf life expired ( the medicine delivered on 17/05/2025, evening , on which the expiry date mentioned was 05/ 2025.
Appreciate a strong inventory control be in place to avoid such flaws!!

Worst customer service provided including the call center MANAGER – Krishnan

As per the conversation with the call center MANAGER – KRISHNAN, was supposed to make the refund within 72 hours and he promised to make a phone to me by 3pm Saturday which i did not receive till date and now its more than 72 hours and not even received my money not even a call nor an email from them.

Call Center staff namely ANN, ARUN and KEERTHANA , three of these staffs have lied to me since the time i had contacted them on my order follow up.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Total disappointment.
I ordered a tablet from Aster online application at 7:30 PM, and it showed “Express Delivery”. I waited, thinking it would come soon—it was urgent medicine, not a luxury item. But by 11:00 PM, no update, no message, no tracking, NOTHING.

So I called customer care, and they casually told me, “It’s out of stock.”
Excuse me? If it’s out of stock, why was it available for ordering with express delivery? Why didn’t anyone inform me? Do you realize this is not a food order or clothing—it’s MEDICINE. Someone could be depending on that for their health or pain relief. This is not a joke.

After wasting 3.5 hours waiting, I checked with a nearby Aster Pharmacy myself, and guess what? The same tablet was available in stock. Within 10 minutes, I had it in my hands. No drama, no lies, no fake promises. Just simple, honest service. This is what real customer care looks like.

This online service is completely fake and irresponsible. You promise express delivery, take the order, and then go silent. No follow-up, no care, no system. Even local supermarkets have better coordination and respect for customers than this so-called digital pharmacy.

You’re dealing with people’s health, not just packages. You can’t afford to be careless.
I trusted your platform for convenience and speed, but instead, I got frustration, delay, and zero accountability. This is a lesson learned. I will never use this service again and I recommend others not to risk their time and health with it either.

Take advice from local supermarket management—they run 100 times better than your online team. This is the worst online service I’ve ever come across. Please, fix your system before it causes real damage to someone’s life.

Disgraceful Service – Aster Pharmacy Is Completely Incompetent

My recent experience with Aster Pharmacy was an absolute disaster. I placed an order that was clearly supposed to be delivered the same day—not only did it never arrive, but I was also left chasing their useless customer service for four days straight. Every call was a different story, full of empty apologies, false assurances, and pure incompetence.

Then, without a single notification, they cancelled my order on the fourth day, claiming the item was “unavailable.” Are you serious? It took you FOUR DAYS to figure that out? And you couldn’t even bother to inform me?

To make matters worse, they had the audacity to say that my refund would take another 5 to 7 working days. So not only did they waste my time and fail to deliver essential medication, but now they’re also holding onto my money for a full week? Completely unacceptable.

This isn’t just poor service—it’s a total failure in logistics, communication, accountability, and basic customer respect. For a pharmacy, this kind of carelessness is not just frustrating—it’s reckless and dangerous.

Aster Pharmacy should be ashamed of how they operate. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Avoid them at all costs—they’re unreliable, careless, and clearly don’t give a damn about their customers.

Regarding online order

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Aster Pharmacy. I ordered Bio Oil on 12th February with the expectation of receiving it within 1 hour, as advertised. However, it’s now 15th February and I still haven’t received my order.

The lack of communication and updates on the status of my order is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service, especially when it comes to timely delivery.

Unfortunately, my experience with Aster Pharmacy has fallen short of my expectations. I hope they take steps to improve their delivery service and communication with customers.

Customer Service Oriented Staff- Very Satisfactory

I ordered online at 230am but I’ve waited for almost 18 hours but no trace of my order. I called the hotline 6 times but its not helpful either. In my desperation I tried to call Pinnacle Tower branch to check if they can with my online order. Luckily after an attempt a customer service oriented lady named Shyma solved the issue and changed my mind not to order anymore in aster pharmacy. She was so helpful and even spent time with me in what’s app even I can hear from the line that she was so busy attending other customer. In 10minutes, it was solved and the temporary solution for my order was delivered within an hour. You are such a big asset of your company, hoping that they will value a staff like you. Aster call center and customer service online should be have more training.

Since 2020, I have always had problems with their delivery. They always overpromise but underdeliver. Items are shown as express delivery or 30-minute delivery, but the actual delivery takes two days or more. Just recently, expecting that they might have improved in this area, I ordered online again. Useless customer services staff. You have to explain your complaint every time you call and every time the extendvthe delivery date. From 24 hours, it got extended to five days in the third follow up call. Abd yet our ordered medicines not received.
Situation got even worsen. surprisingly Aster sent email to inform that one medicine item is out of stock and will refund amount in 7 to 10 days.
It was really confusing qnd messy situation. I bought the medicines from another pharmacy to since my wife illness cannot wait more without treatment.

I ordered a couple of hydration electrolyte drink pack yesterday, paid the amount and received the confirmation message that the package will be delivered the same day, I waited till 10pm and no package was received no one called to update me so I called the call center who informed me after long waiting that the package will be received today. I’ve ordered a cream online on Tuesday with mentioned delivery on Saturday, day before delivery I’ve got email that the product is not available and it will take 3-5 working days to delivery.

My injury doesn’t allow me to go shopping so I ordered a back support brace online that supposed to be delivered the next day. One of my worst online shopping experiences. I needed medicine and ordered with a clear conscience at 9 a.m. in the hope of getting it delivered within 1 hour, as with other delivery services in Dubai. This has caused significant inconvenience and distress, especially considering my son’s urgent need for the walker to attend his college exams.

In an attempt to expedite the process, I was directed by call centre to Aster Pharmacy Medicom 9, where I was informed that the walker is available and can pick up from there However, to my astonishment, the medical representative informed me that i have to buy the product and the price of the walker at the pharmacy is higher than the agreed price, despite being the same product.

This discrepancy in pricing adds further frustration to an already unacceptable situation. Not only has the promised delivery date been missed, but now I am being asked to pay more than the agreed price for the same product.

I have had the absolute best service ever today from a pharmacist named FELIX . I had a prescription that had an expiration time on it ( I was not aware ) , therefore once I discovered this ( it was too late ) I had a huge problem as I live in a different Emirate to where it was written . This pharmacist went absolutely above and beyond to find me an Aster pharmacy that could dispense this medicine as it is a controlled medication it proved difficult to arrange . He made so many phonecalls, collected all my documents , and arranged for the prescription to be ready before it expired ( after being re issued by the doctor) Unbelievable customer service. FANTASTIC !!!!

I was very surprised of the customer care service I received from the aster pharmacy. Very bad, very dirty, misleading information all the bad words you could think of . How do people work like that in a very profound country like uae Dubai . Nobody cares ,aster pharmacy shame on you . I still can’t not believe a medication am ordering for can’t be delivered in the same area where the pharmacy is located as I have emergency. Wow it a shame I made a lot of calls to all the pharmacies in DIP which the medication in the store but can not be delivered for no reason. Was having headache for about 6, took parasol for some time, finally I had to go to Aster pharmacy, wasl village, barely a week of moving in,met Bushra,very lovely and patient lady and mother ,have same number of children too🙂, she prescribed Camdol,One daily women multivitamins (blue berry naturals), and Activise (magnesium). Very poor service at aster pharmacy located in aster clinic Silicon oasis. I went to aster clinic Silicon oasis on Sunday 17-09-2023 and Doctor prescribed me Insulin injection medicine on that day. I went to the pharmacy with this prescription around 9:15am and the lady staff told me my medicines are rejected and need to send my test report to the insurance department. The whole process should take only 15 minutes to send this report. I was told by the staff that this will take some time and we will contact you. I agreed and left to home. Until night I did not get any feed back or call from Aster pharmacy. When I contacted pharmacy at night 8pm they said we are very sorry that insurance team have rejected your medicine. We need to send your blood test report. I was really shocked by this answer from Aster pharmacy staff because this is the same answer I got at morning 9am. So when I asked them till now you haven’t send my reports they were trying to mislead me with some fake answers. Staff cares very little about customers emergency needs. For me these medicine are very important. This is not the first time Aster pharmacy Silicone Oasis did this to me. Last time in July they send me these emergency medicines after 2 days.

Arrogant Pharmarcist – poor customer service

Aster Electra Street, near City Seasons Hotel (around 8:30 p.m. of 10.08.2023). Returned the medicine in 5 days time even though the receipt T&C says max 7 days. Not opened however the sticker was sticking out which could be from stockroom but the pharmacist alleged me to have opened it. The accusation was straight to my face. He even suggested that customers should always ask questions pertaining to the medicine prep, but I recon, Pharmacists should do the extra mile by reminding and refreshing the instructions to customers because they are the one authorized to dispense such medicines. Arrogancy at the highest level. This Indian guy needs some customer service training.

Medicine not delivered at all

I’ve ordered medicine at 9am at Aster Online. At 11:15am got the message that it is out for delivery. Since it wasn’t delivered by 15:30pm I’ve called the call center and they told me it will be delivered by 18h. That didn’t happen so I called again at 18:30pm so they can tell me it will be delivered by 22:00pm for sure and when I asked if they can contact the delivery person they said they can’t do that. At 22:15pm medication still not delivered so I called again and they told me they can send a request to Aster team to call the delivery person to check why medication is not delivered (and before they told me they can’t contact delivery person) but only in the morning because their office hours are done. It’s a joke how irresponsible this was! Assuring me I will get the medicine and giving me false information that they can’t contact the delivery person for their own delivery!!! Will never order from this place again!

Aster Online is a scam

I purchased an order online, the amount was deducted from my card and I received an SMS confirmation that my transaction was successful, but the order wasn’t delivered, when it called customer service to follow up, they said the payment was captured but order didn’t go through due to a glitch in their system, and I will get a refund within 7-10 days. They refused to send me the medicine and said that I have to pay again another AED 464.75 since the previous same amount will be refunded to me!! This is not acceptable treatment and definitely not acceptable when dealing with medicines that could be urgently needed

yesterday i had a bad experience with Discovery garden’s pharmacy store

I reached the discovery Pharmacy branch at 6:12 PM and submitted my prescription. at that 8 counters were open and attending to the people. I think they can clear a prescription within 15-20 minutes. so every 20 minutes they can clear 8 prescriptions. But they took my prescription at 7: 20 only from the tray. I had a token and this is a very bad system. the behavior was also not good the one who attended my prescriptionand

I called today trice to cancel my order as its medicine that i need to use today ans when i place the order wasn’t showing that it will be delivered after two days, hence i called them to check if possible to deliver today at the first call the lady she says yes however i need to cancel my order or they will cancel and since its paid the refund will be withen 7 days and then they will send the medicine tonight however she need to check and give me call back and guess what she never call.
Second call was to miss H how asked me to cancel from my side amd refused to do it from her side and even asked me to send screenshots showing that i dknt have access to cancel my order how rude is that if i could cancel I won’t call. Howeve yet i send the photo ln WhatsApp and guess what its Roberts seriously as this lady at call center aware anyways the third call luckily same lady answer so I don’t need again to explain my issue and yet she insist to send the screenshots however when I explain that its robot word change now and ahe could cance the order however it takes 24 hours to be done and 7 days for money to be refund

I had ordered for some medicine yesterday from 042362839 at 9.55 night as we wanted cold and cough medicine urgently. One person picked up the call and he took the details of our location. We kept waiting for the medicine for 2 hrs, no one came to deliver and no updates also.

Today i visit Aster clinic receptionist take my Emirates Id and told me wait,i wait 30 minutes then again request he told me doctor takes food so wait . 2nd when I went to pharmacy in front of clinic they said wait till your insurance improveal,after 10 minutes they said u need to written report from doctor and they give me a small paper i agai visit clinic and request to doctor she is nice and she written report on that paper.i show this report to Aster pharmasist he said not on this paper i need report on A4 paper , i again Went to clinic and request to doctor same as pharmasist want she again written on A4 paper with seal.i reached pharmacy and gave the paper he again said wait and may be i wait there 1 hour.after 1 hour pharmasist said that your insurance not prove 1 medicine if u want again go to clinic and made a report regarding this matter then after i will give u medicine.but he said you take your anticipated medicine,after a long long wait i received my half medicine i thanks asterthat i never again visit Aster clinic or Aster pharmacy

I ordered panadol for my daughter as she is having high fever. They said panadol is out of stock. I was shocked bcoz a pharmacy like aster dnt have panadol.. I couldn’t believe it.
