Recently I visited the dental doctor Dr. Rinsha in ASH TREE CLINIC, Meena Bazar, near to Sharaf DG Showroom as i was having a sever pain on my upper tooth due to which my mouth was swollen and i got immediate doctor care. Dr. Rinsha is professional and good caring doctor. The nurse accompanied the doctor was also superb. I would highly recommend ASH TREE ClINIC for DENTAL procedure. Thank you Dr. Rinsha
When I entered in the clinic and talked to the lady in the reception, at the same moment I felt their unprofessional Attitude from the way the lady was talking. Doctor also very new I think, she doesn’t know about medicine. She was not ready to give me sick leave for 3 days and says I don’t have much problems even though she has high fever and the low blood pressure readings in front of her. She agrees I have dizziness from low BP but not ready to give me enough rest. Body pain, back pain, head ache and all unfortunately we can’t record in a paper, only the person who is sick will come to know what they feel. I told them I am a Pharmacist who is a healthcare professional and already started medication two days back but now I need some rest. Finally the lady in the reception again talking about sick leave and telling me they can’t give sick leave for a person who is not really sick. I really felt insulted. After arguing a lot with the doctor gave me 2 days sick leave. I will never go in this clinic again in my life time.

Today I visit to ash tree clinic al Rafaa ,Burdubai I. Had this was my first visit and I am really pissed off why because one receptionist from Kerala she had a very bad attitude and she is rude disgusting treating patients very bad and show attitude I ask her name and she refuse to tell me her name she make me wait for more then one hour just to check weather my insurance cover in ur clinic and after one hour she said its not covered and this I ask why dnt u check when I ask you to check she said she make me wait one hour and it’s really very pathetic service bad attitude I said ll give feed back on your service she said do what ever you can do I want the management take action against her .
