I invited a very VIP client who came all the way from Abu Dhabi for a coffee in Dubai. What happened to Armani!? What is happening with service?! Service was horrible, nothing Armani, nothing Italian, nothing 5 stars. I expected the usual small tray with fabric napkins, a small glass of water, 2 chocolates. I could have had better service at Hamptons, Bateel, Shakespeare. We got after long wait two cups dropped on the table with sharing one small plate 2 chocolates, no water, no even paper tissues. I have the picture as evidence. We were denied a table that was free, just laziness to clean it from staff. The staff seams recruited in Satwa without any training. This is disgraceful, to Armani brand, to Burj Khalifa icon, to Dubai.
