Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid at All Costs

I had a terrible experience with Arizona Rent A Car. Even after more than one month, my security deposit has still not been returned. On top of that, I was charged multiple unnecessary and unexplained fees that made absolutely no sense, especially since the car was returned on time and in proper condition.

There was no clear communication and no valid explanation for these charges. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. Despite fully following the rental agreement, I was treated unfairly and irresponsibly.

This company operates in a way that feels more like a money-grabbing scheme than a professional car rental service. The overall experience was stressful, unreliable, and extremely disappointing.

🚨 Worst Car Rental Experience – Deposit Never Returned

This feels like a money-grabbing operation rather than a professional rental service. Overall service is very poor, unreliable, and stressful.

The worst rent a car in my experience

Don’t return deposit
Support cannot to send dublicate of agreement , cannot answer “How much money will return”, they don’t have documents confirming the expenses of my deposit. Only “bla bla bla” and try to explain.
Texted unrespect when they need to decide asking of customer and very friendly if you want to book

These guys is the worst company you can deal with don’t ever rent from them. They will lie, be disrespectful and never ever pay your deposit back. They continue to lie about returning it but then when the deadline pass they say that it is your fault and the problem is with your bank.

Not returning deposit money

They hold on to your deposit money of AED1500 for 1 month. Even after a month, they do not return the money and keep making false claims of amount already refunded. My deposit is still not refunded and 2 weeks have already passed beyond their 1 month of hold period.
This is such a fraudulent and unprofessional company.

This company is notorious for stealing the deposit from customers because they are tourist and leave the country without having power to fight back locally.
