Arabian Sands was set up in 2014 by individuals who were trained in banking, legal and marketing industries and whose family business was real estate development in the GCC.  Having moved to Dubai in 2009 and after having invested in several projects in Dubai and forming extensive relationships with people in the real estate industry, the founders came together to set up a unique real estate agency offering bespoke and tailored real estate services and advice to clients.
