It took them exactly one month to replace a steering rack. They never answer phone calls. You have to call 10 or 15 times. You speak to someone and he gives you another name and another number. You have to start all over again. You receive different stories. Such as one says car is on the jack, other one says they are waiting for parts to be delivered when a third one says services is ongoing. Trust is I go and the car is out in the street and work did not even start. You ask for the quotation sent to the insurance, based I. Which they repair and they tell we have green light with open quotation to repair first and claim after “ weird, no?” At the pick up they asked me to pay 1200+ as an excess amount, I said ok but show me the invoice. They said they do t have and they need to wait for the insurance to open on Monday. Long story, I do not recommend it to any
Took my vehicle for more than 2 weeks to fix a sensor and minor scratches on bumper. Informed me the job is done and they are just awaiting a part. Drove there a week after to only find out nothing has been done, everything is exactly how I handed it over.

Buying a car and sevicing
We bought a car 2 months before and still waiting for delivery. The car has given to a local workshop by Apex director.and they torn that car apart.. now they sent to another garage to repair and director is not releasing the money to repair the car.i have seen 2 other customer facinf same issue infront of me while we went to enquire. I dont understand the kind of business his director withholding.we paid 12000 aed extra toward the actual value of the car. Jst because they assured 3 year of service and warranty.. now we are waiting for last 2 months. They had not done a single job and car engine is not in a workign condition.
I used their air conditioning services for my automobile, and they were well-trained and provided prompt service at a reasonable price.
