Our dedicated staff members will ensure that the insurance approval process is as seamless as possible and that there is minimal delay in your treatment schedule.

If your insurance is not accepted or your treatment is not covered by your insurance company, you are more than welcome to pay for the service yourself, if you wish.

Please make sure to always check the pre-approval protocol. Mandatory Pre-approval requirements, for GYNE: maternity, pap smear, HIV and herpes subject for approval.

VIP protocol also attached, no pre-approval as long as we are not exceeding AED 5,000, maternity& vaccinations still require approval. Direct billing is only available to consultation and vaccination (pre-approval required) with our doctors.

Currently, our existing lab, YDL, is not connected with Inayah through direct billing. Laboratory tests are not covered at our facility until further notice.

Cancellation Policy – Bookings, treatments & clinic visits.
Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice if you cannot honour your appointment.

Late cancellation or a no show will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of your consultation or treatment booked with a Doctor.

A session with a therapist will be deducted in full if there is a no show or late cancellation
