    Misleading information to trap patients

    no wonder they are eliminated from Bupa and NAS insurance network.
    Good treatment but extremely disappointing billing service. They advertised 249 dirhams for deep scaling and we confirmed on WhatsApp before visiting. They also confirmed they are in the network for Bupa Insurance. After the treatment the doctor asked for 500 dirhams. When we asked for the reason for increase vs Whats was confirmed, they didn’t have any answer. Anyways we paid and asked for the claim forms. When we submitted the claim, BUPA rejected the claim stating that the clinic has been removed since a long time.

    I had an amazing and incredible experience with Simran who did carbon laser and signature hydrafacial. It was great experience with her, she is very friendly and I like her service, she’s very informative, she explain very well every step and what she applied for. She will very well known about her job. When it’s done I was amazed and shock about the result and outcome, you can see right away the result. It lighten and glow my skin. I am quiet satisfied as she is the most preferable and professionally well groomed into her work. Always she had advised me well about all my queries and after implementations i had been more satisfied. Before also when i had hydra and other treatments i was very satisfied. The facial treatment was effective and relaxing. My skin feels refreshed and well cared for. Highly recommended all treatments by Dr.Simran. Thanks and looking forward for more.
