Rude and highly unprofessional

Visited for a hydra facial and never felt so wrong to pay 682 dirhams. The treatment was told to go for 60 minutes but it lasted for 30 minutes. The treatment was just rude rubs and nothing much at all. The funny part was, sahar (the one who gave the treatment) asked if we need to opt for 800 dirhams one or 1200 dirhams one. We obviously chose the second option which is a deep hydra facial. This one went for 30 minutes and just a few runny hands over the face. Nothing much at all. So the question is, what’s that for 800 dirhams 😀😀😀. ???

Receptionist said the facial costed 600 dirhams over the phone. She said actual price was 1200 over the phone. When doing the payment, she entered 650 in the payment gateway. When asked the reason why, she said the facial costed 15,00++ and she forgot the vat and she now wanted 682 dirhams. That’s fine. We paid 682, but we realized lately this is just a scam. The one who gave the treatment kept saying this is just cleaning face, the treatment is different which needs a peel off stuff, anyways forget it.

Never felt unprofessional ever before especially in uae market.
