Food was disappointing

Not our first time ordering from Al Baik but the al rashidiya branch was not good. Its all just so oily, we got a few pcs of chicken and their fish fillet and just very oily and unpleasant. Drinks weren’t cold but the buns and fries were.

Quality was not good

Ordered Al Baik thru Noon food, we were happy because it came quick (less than 30mins) but when we opened it the chicken was cold, the burgers were a mess and our falafel was missing. The only thing “fresh” were the chicken nuggets.

Excellent service

I had a good experience in buying bulk orders assisted by Marry and Sanjay of the Mall of the Emirates branch. My colleagues who played in the school wanted to have an affordable yet delicious snacks after their game and Al Baik made it happen. Thank you for the good customer service and fast transactions. Kudos to the team 👏

Dubai mall branch staff

It was my worst experience at dubai mail as i issued my order at 5:17 and it is almost one hour the screen not working and they didnt tell us there is a line for waiting line when i reached they deal with us inapproriately the lady who is responsible for arranging the line and no one told us for following the ine for the orders
Sorry it is inapproriate to wait to order and wait to take the order and one of the staff slammed the food tray on the table angrily in front of us.

Al Baik Dubai: A Crispy Delight Worth Indulging In

Al Baik is a popular fast-food chain known for its delicious crispy chicken and flavorful menu in Dubai. The food is generally well-received for its taste and value. The crispy chicken is often a standout dish, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sides like the garlic sauce and fries also complement the meal nicely. However, some might find the service a bit slow during peak hours, and the seating areas might get crowded. Overall, it’s a tasty and satisfying option for a quick bite, especially if you’re a fan of fried chicken.
