Extended Warranty

Recently I got my VW teramont renewed. I was told to get the AXLE BOOT replaced since it was leaking. I took an extended warranty from one of the AL NABOODAH employee, Mr.Senthil (SZR Showroom). He told me that your car is under warranty for another 2 year. They charged me 9200+ Aed for 2 years of extension. I was informed that the policy is same as NEW CAR everything is covered except WEAR and TEAR. now when I gave my car for replacement of the AXLE BOOT, they are telling me that the claim has been declined since AXLE BOOT is not covered. And its been 5 days my car is with them, I have been following for the work there is no communication being initiated from their side. They just have one answer that it is not covered and I need to make a payment of 1550 aed. The service guy has no answer he is just saying that 3rd party has declined. Is it my responsibility to get it done or did I connected AL NABOODAH with GAP Corp. There are managers who are saying that the claim has been declined for which I have ask a call and no manager from Al naboodah has turned up and called me.

Very poor customer service

It is appalling how poor the customer service is. So many messages sent to +971 50 874 5525 yet no one bothers to reply. Cars are not cheap. Please learn from other dealers how important aftersales is because that is what will get you the business not the initial sale.

Apple car play

I brought my Porsche 2021 911 Turbo S Convertible to check.they connect the computer to my car and disconnected my wireless Apple CarPlay as it was US model. Of course they claim that the timing was coincidental. there was not any offer of help to resolve the issue.
Really a sad situation to see such unreliability and lack of customer service.
makes one wonder.
