I highly recommend this company to others. Because I had a great experience with renting a car from Al Monsef Rent A Car. I really appreciate them especially one person Mr. Munneb was very helpful from My first call. I was dealing with him He was too good and understood the needs.
I took one car from here Nissan Sentra for one week. They came to deliver the car on my doorstep and then picked it up between the rental period. The car was very neat and clean also well maintain and the price was very affordable for me also they have option of credit card blocking for deposit and got back money after 15 days in my account.
Fantastic service hired the Kia Sportage for 9 days had the car delivered to the hotel. Mr.Saeed & co were fantastic and provided a great service. Car was clean and handover was great. Everything was explained clearly. I have recommended few friends and family also I will definitely be hiring again when I go back in May 2024.
Just rented a Symbol from this company for a week. Car was clean and well maintained. Staff were responsive to all messages and questions throughout. Shahid took care of delivering the car directly to our hotel and picking it up when we were done and was helpful and friendly. Will recommend this company to others and will rent from them next time I am in Dubai.
I had a great experience with Al Monsef Car Rental. I rented a white Nissan Sunny, and it was very nice and in good condition. The price was reasonable as well. It was definitely worth the increase in price over Avis for the nicer car.

The response while getting the car is quick. within few hours of the enquiry i got the car. I had taken the car for 2 weeks, but returned it before 2 weeks. the vehicle is not clean and has few dents. after returning i was told i will get the deposit returned within 21 days. i have still not received the deposit. i contacted them almost every alternate day still no response. Mr. Brajesh and Mr. Akram are not responding at all. i was told to send the contract copy which i sent, but after that no contact. it is very unfortunate that in todays competitive world these guys are not considering customer feedback and not treating the customer well i recommend not to get your rental car from them. there are various other rental car agency which may or may not be so expensive compared to Al monsef car rental. just for few bucks do not loose your deposit money. With this company I have rented 3 cars, with the first car I had the best experience, it was a modern car from 2022, but the second car was the worst thing that could happen to me. Renault 2017, halfway through renting the car It broke in the middle of the road and they were not able to fix the situation or provide any kind of support, they gave me a replacement 3 days later, the car was worse and at risk even to my security because I smelled gasoline inside the car all the time, I finally finished with them before time and now the war was the refund of the security deposit After a lot of fighting and chasing them, finally the day it was time to return the money I went directly to the company with prior notice and even so, I still did not have the money ready, to finish I advised everyone, DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY, the worst thing that can happen to you and they are not serious or professional at all, they just want your money and cheat you!!!!

I did rent a car for 325 aed (in very bad shape) from 11.08 to 16.08. I put upfront a deposit of 1000 aed and was NOT returned to me. I have been calling the 3 mobile numbers representing them for the last week and nobody pick the phone. VERY BAD BEHAVIOR STEALING FROM CLIENTS !

I rented a car from them and when I was involved in an accident I realized their car did not have valid insurance. I called the qnd the police called them they dis not pick up their phones but came to collect payment from me after 2 weeks after I reported the incident on watsapp.

First car arrived and after waiting for them to replace bald tyres it promptly broke down, waited a day for a replacement car. 2nd car arrived and the next morning I hadn’t even moved it and it had 2 flat tyres. Waited another day for these to repaired. They would not compensate me with extra days for the days I could not drive the car or had not car. Tyres had had multiple punctures and some very close to the wall of the tyre. None of the tyres were roadworthy and dated 2018. Nobody picked up the main landline or answered their mobiles. Definitely would not recommend.

Cherry on cake was their sales and service representatives Abbas and Rhea . They made all efforts not to respond to client when I was in trouble with the broken car . The service guy who came to fix the car on road even advised that it’s not safe to use .

Asked them for replacement and this was my biggest mistake as they did their best to humiliate customer tell me about the contract and left no stone unturned to speak to customer in such a way that I now feel that instead of opening rent a car they should open up a consultancy on how to trouble customers and take happiness out if their normal struggling life .
Well received a car with increased payment ( Their strategy worked ) and with full tank petrol filled by me .
Wait still continues . Decided to return car and see their reviews. Not to my surprise I found similar people praising the company like me .
After seeing reviews I console myself that my security payment was gone but as I said if you have good karma it will help . Got my refund after 40 days and I am in a position to post this review after receipt of my refund .
As there is no insurance for trauma I think I will have to live with this traumatic experience given my Monsef rent a car . But yes even bad receives works for this company.
So my friends if you have great courage, good karma and able to take some dare in life yes you should try this company once in lifetime and I guarantee you , You will experience real hell on this earth .

I had a good experience with this company. I rented a car from them once. The car was perfect and its quality was amazing. No doubt, the price of the car was expensive, but overall, the experience was pretty good.

Changed the car last minute and bad smell
The worst service I ever had! I asked for a car and when I went to get it they said it was already rented, we agreed on getting the available car at the moment for a couple of days and will replace it after but they did not! the car I took had a really bad smell and the general condition of the car is bad, I asked for replacement and they keep ignoring my requests!! Not recommended at allll
The worst service ever. Still didn’t return the deposit. They are changing WhatsApp numbers constantly and do not reply. Level of a high-corrupted country. Hey, Dubai police, take action.
