terrible hygiene&living conditions

I live in Al ghurair center residence and it is the most disgusting place I’ve ever lived. There are so many rats,birds,cocroaches,flies cause it is very old building. Everyday there are rats’ shits in my balcony. Today I found a dead bird just lying there.

Not result oriented and solution driven attitude. We have been a long time Tenant and never did we miss single payment and this is how she is handling us. Truly Bad reputation and presentation of a Company. If there is a negative review i would rate her -5 Stars.

After giving this review she sends a message to visit her in their office.. Really? I need to go to your office to argue more? Instead of being humble and being a client oriented?

Experiencing a very bad response

Dispite of so many emails, remainders submition of the said Moveout and Dewa Final bill documents. i have been waiting since 20 days and still my Security Deposit is not Refunded in to my account.

Even Algurair response team has not sent any update or reply regarding this matter this reflect the image in the market of algurair… and this kind of irresponsibility will defenately bring bad remark and bad name in the public and tanent end.

its becomming bad service and response and resolution experience with algurair. i once again request to refund my security deposit amount to the given below account details.

Please find the enclosed Dewa Final Bill Certificate in attachment. And Transfer the Security Deposit Refund in to the following Bank Account :

My big round of applause to Mr. [email protected] who made my mind peaceful from a-z of the process until we moved in he is very responsive on all my concerns. Also, I really appreciate the in charge of the building (watchman) Mr. Bhadra and security Mr. Ricky for very cheerful and active. Only the parking unit is my concern, i know that there is still parking space but i didnt get my access until now. I wish that my impression to AGP will still the same until end of my contract. READ THE COMPLETE EJARI CONTRACT BEFORE SIGN/ PAY & HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE HOUSE READY!!!
They harrass you to the maximum if you do not agree to their terms, abrupt rent hikes or when you vaccate! Blackmailers!
THEY ASK YOU TO PAINT THE HOUSE WITH 2 COATS of a specific very costly paint, EVEN IF YOU COMPLETE THE TENOR OF THE CONTRACT. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHEATERS!!!!

This is so disappointing that they all care for money and if refund request they dont care anymore

Worst experience with Alghurair properties, One of the pathetic management management, once u become tenant then u are on ur own, they will never respond to ur calls and mails, At the time of exit they will charge unnessary and will never return ur security deposit, u will keep following them for money but their staff will give u no response.there is no one to entertain ur issues….All staff is ruthless…..I will never recommend anyone Alghurair properties

Really had a terrible experience with them, totally unprofessional and very slow in responding…to work with alghurair real estate means waste of time and spoil the clients. The leasing team don’t know the work and they not even helpful. Lots of un necessary documents required.
I don’t know how the other people working with these team.

I can’t say enough about how great Al Ghourair properties is. Since I moved to Dubai more than a two years ago, I’ve done extensive research on the best places to live. I’m very picky and difficult to please when it comes to living standards. Being Russian, I am used to high-quality standards.

So far i never once felt that these guys are client oriented.

Few examples.
1-Any document they need signed they will not make any exception such as sending the doc to the building or getting it scanned through my verified email the end the discussion as sorry you HAVE to come.
2- Its June and the AC stopped working all of a sudden and to nobody’s surprise AGP does not have ANY EMERGENCY LINE or protocol in place nobody on the building can help you with this issue.
3-No support or emergency line
4-Support only available till 4pm and nothing can be scheduled after 4.
