Extremely Disappointed with Service at Al Ghandi Service Center, Ras Al Khor
I am writing this review with a heavy heart and immense disappointment. My recent experience at the Al Ghandi Service Center in Ras Al Khor, particularly with the technical supervisor, Ali, has been nothing short of frustrating. Ali’s approach was extremely unprofessional and rude, displaying a shocking lack of respect and accountability in addressing my concerns regarding my Tahoe.
Despite multiple attempts to get a clear response on the delivery date for my vehicle, Ali has failed to provide any updates, and his casual attitude towards the issues I raised is unacceptable. I have made several calls requesting a callback, but none of them have been returned, which speaks volumes about the diminishing customer service standards.
Having been a loyal customer for over two decades, I’ve always trusted this service center for their professionalism and commitment. However, my recent experience suggests that the sense of ownership and pride that once defined this center has been lost. The unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness are a stark departure from the standards I’ve come to expect from Al Ghandi.
I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues. The direction this service center is heading in is deeply concerning, and I urge the team to revisit the values that made it a trusted name for so many years.
I hope Chevrolet Arabia also takes note and revisits the business strategy.

They are keeping my car hostage with them since April 2024 , Chevy traverse 2023 RS line – Unable to finish the fixing and finalize the part :
– brand new cars part not available – not accurate and lake of professionalism as they are unable to finish the work since 3 month now – if you have a single car , the one from them you need to be careful as you might loose it to them for a long time which will create a major transportation issue to you mainly if you don’t have another car They are anything but honest
I will sell my traverse even for a cheap price the moment I get it from them – which is still by the way Unkown –
Japanese and German cars are the best in everything Even Chinese , but don’t come close to these cars

I have bought an Escalade. Since the beginning the Navigation is not updated and a USB plug is not working and the wireless charger isn’t working and the cup-holder is damaged. The car was bought in October and since then we are trying to get it fixed. On March 27th we had a second appointment to fix it under warranty in one day. Now after three working days yhey only fixed the cup-holder and made a motor wash and a service which I have to pay. The rest they didn’t fix and they will need longer time. Service is horrible and they are only trying to sell services instead of satisfying the customer – even on Premium cars like Escalades

My question how an American car and I can’t play anything on I phone. And why no one can help. Sep 16 when i boooked a car online. Sep 19, i told the agent that i need to cancel and therefore need refund.
They said.. it will be processed 15-20 days.
It is already a month and i haven’t received my refund.
when i called them, they said, the agent processed the refund only last Oct. 8, 2023 which i havent received till now.
I given my car on Wednesday which has run on 17700 KM and under warranty. No body is ready to attend complaint . When I call 3 times than call center responded . I have taken a Taxi to the service centre and the surprise was the service centre is closed , my car wasn’t finished even. a manager was there wanted to charge me 850 AED for the battery. finally attached the photos with a dirty car after service
One the headlights of my car is busted after 5 months! My house lights works better. Imagine! What surprised me is that I need to pay 150aed because it’s not under waranty??? But what kind of bulb did you put there and why it is now busted? And what kind of waranty do you have.. Don’t do any service! You waranty service sucks!! Can I put zero star?
