CAR REPAIR

I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with the service we received from AG Cars.

Our car was sent to their shop on June 30, 2026. After waiting for almost three weeks, we called them to ask for an update. We were told that they had already ordered the necessary parts and were just waiting for them to arrive before they could proceed with the repair. After one month, we followed up again to check on the progress of the car.

They then asked us to come back on Thursday, August 6, 2026, to check the car. When we arrived, we were told that we could not see the car because it was inside the painting room and that the paint fumes were not safe for our health. We accepted their explanation at that time.

However, later, when we passed by their shop, we saw our car outside the garage, not inside the painting room as we had been told. Naturally, this made us question the information we were receiving.

We were again told to come back on Friday, but when we went there, nothing had been done yet. We were then told that it would be ready by Monday because they needed to allow the paint to dry properly. On Monday, we called again and were told that it would be ready on Tuesday instead.

On Tuesday morning, we checked again and saw that the car was still outside. I called them, understandably already upset because of the repeated delays. During the call, I was again told that the car was inside the painting room. However, at the exact same time, my family was at the shop and confirmed that the car was still outside.

Only then were we told, “Okay, Madam, I will bring the car inside.”

I asked what time we could collect the car, and once again we were told 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:00 PM, but the car was still not finished. We ended up waiting until 8:00 PM before the car was finally completed.

What makes this even more frustrating is that our car was with AG Cars for approximately 40 days before we were finally able to take it back.

We understand that car repairs can sometimes take time, especially when parts need to be ordered and when painting requires sufficient drying time. However, 40 days is a very long time. What is most disappointing is not only the delay, but also the repeated promises, changing timelines, and inconsistent information we received throughout the process.

We were repeatedly told to come back on different dates, only to find that the car was still not ready. We were also told that the car was inside the painting room, while we could actually see that it was outside.

As customers, we expect honest communication, proper coordination, transparency, and respect for our time. Unfortunately, our experience with AG Cars was far from that.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. After waiting approximately 40 days and repeatedly being given different explanations and promised completion dates, I cannot say that I am satisfied with the service provided by AG Cars.

I sincerely hope the management takes customer complaints seriously and improves their service and communication. Customers deserve to be kept properly informed and treated with honesty, transparency, and respect.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend AG Cars based on the service we received.

Collecting my Mulkiya after vehicle testing

I went to AG Cars Al Mamzar to print my mulkiya at the machine as the test had been completed earlier. I was surprised to see a gent assisting the customers with payment and collection of the mulkiya. At first I felt it was quite unnecessary as I used to do this on my own. However when my turn came I was pleasantly surprised that he read my file number and within a minute or two handed me my mulkiya. The friendly, helpful and respectful manner in which he did his job left me very impressed. I took the trouble to thank him before I left.Thank you Abdullah Al Hubaishi.

Fake AMC for car service

We are a owner of Chevrolet Trax. See the below comments and attached photos the reason why I put a lot of disadvantage.

The AMC consist of 3 services all in all. 2 minor service and 1 major service.
In minor service cover only motor change oil 10k mileage, break fluid and coolant top-up, and inspection (cannot remember how many points). For the major service cover 10k engine oil change, transmission/gear oil change, ac filter change, brake pad change, coolant and break fluid top, and inspection (cannot remember how many points).

1. They did not change the brake pad because they said it is still okey. Actually, i replace it by my self at around 80K mileage. But my point is whether it is still okey but it was used or not torn out. They need to replace as it was in the scope of AMC. The in-charge I’ve spoke is very cruel dealing customer as the manager is on leave as per the receptionist. He told me that if they check and still okey they will not replace. They will replace only once it worn out. I explained and told him so your AMC is a liar why they did not put clearly in AMC. Also, i told him that see the dash board the oil indicate 31% and saying i do not know what is happening and your saying and arguing back.
3. Oil status in dashboard 31%. I do not know if they replace the oil or not. As the mileage did not reach 10k. Because I followed the AMC which come first 10K or 6 months.
2. Coolant top-up refill excessively. When got home in busy day after took the car in the afternoon. I checked the coolant because it seems the color in the tank was bit change. The coolant color of AC Delco (GM recommended to use) is orange and when i saw there is pinkish color and immediately open to check. And suddenly the coolant overfall as the engine is still heat it was not happened to me before although the engine is hot. Because I follow the mark of maximum. Now i do not know which brand they put.
3. Security attitude. My car was surrounded with other cars and cannot move out. I hand over the gate pass to him and ask the key of car. He said it was in the car. Then told him there is other car blocked my car and cannot come out. Then something come up my mind to check the break pad. Security asked me to go out first before to check. I told him wait for a while i am checking. Then they returned the car and blocked it again. I shouted him told that I’ve waited 30 mins and for a couple of minute you cannot wait. How stupid you are.
4. They replace the ac filter which is compatible for other car.

IN CONCLUSION. THINK MORE THAN TWICE TO TAKE AMC TO AG CARS. BECAUSE YOU MIGHT EXPERIENCE WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT FOLLOWING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH IS WRITTEN IN AMC. THEY ARE FRAUD AND FAKE TAKING MONEY FOR THOSE WORKING HARD TO PAY TO THEM.

BAD REPAIR EXPERIENCE

If I could give zero stars, I genuinely would. My experience with Al Ghurair Garage in Deira (Barancho area) for a Sokoon insurance repair has been one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

What should have been a simple trunk repair—on a part that wasn’t even originally faulty—ended up taking almost an entire month, with absolutely nothing to justify the delay. And when I finally saw the result, it was even more disappointing:

The panel gaps are huge, uneven, and completely unprofessional.

The PAJERO SPORTS logo is misaligned and looks like it was applied without any care.

Some interior panels are loose, missing clips, or not installed properly at all.

A plastic cover is missing, and no explanation was given.

The paint job is uneven, with obvious overspray and excess paint on areas that were never supposed to be painted.

The electronic trunk no longer works, even though it was perfectly functional before giving them the car.

Another major frustration: they kept my car parked outside in the open under the full heat of the sun. I even provided a windshield cover, yet they didn’t bother to use it until I repeatedly told them. The level of carelessness was unbelievable.

What made it worse was the staff’s attitude — they acted as if these issues were not their responsibility and showed no willingness to correct their mistakes. No accountability, no professionalism, nothing.

Calling the attention of Sokoon Insurance:
Based on my experience, your company’s reputation is being damaged by partnering with this kind of garage. Customers trust you to choose dependable and quality repair centers, and this garage—based on how my vehicle was handled—falls far below acceptable standards.

I strongly advise anyone who values their vehicle and their time to avoid this garage completely.

Disastrous repairs

Following an accident, i have been asked by my insurance to bring my car to AG SERVICES Worshop, they made a very dirty job:

– Very bad quality of repairs (please refer to the attached pictures).
– Missing parts
– They asked me to handle others repairs that I never asked for (as per them not due to the accident). Their only goal was to make other sales…. (Please refer to the attached)

After after taking the car back to the garage, they promised me to call me back in 2 days, after one week, nobody called me back and after I sent a reminder, I have been told that the delivery of the missing part will take one month.

Now, my level of trust for this workshop between 0 and 10 is -3, I can’t bring my car back to these scammers and I’d like to proceed with the repairs in a trusted workshop and I’ll take the full responsibility. I hope the insurance didn’t proceed with any payment and instead, I’d like to have the related amount as a compensation to repair my car myself. If Sukoon doesn’t make the right decision, I’ll raise a case in Dubai courts.

Also, I do encourage Sukoon to stop working with this workshop to preserve their reputation, this garage is making Sukoon brand image dirty.

I raised a complaint against this team of scammers to Sukoon, I can’t wait to see what would be Sukoon decision, I’ll keep you posted.

Complaints about AG Cars Services Deira (MTC-0235615)

It took them 16 days to get my car fixed. And it costs me 30dhs per day for parking and I wouldn’t mind it much if they will get my car fixed as they promised, but NOT. And it seemed that the delay was caused because they were not true to what they said. Stating changing the REAR DOOR, but instead just repaired it

They will say they will call you back but they WILL NOT

They told me that the will replace the Rear panel but it doesn’t seem like it as there are still cracks and dents hidden on it. They think it will go unnoticed. This is very disappointing and poor service! and unacceptable. See the photo below:

Delays, Additional Damages, Car was driven without my authorization

Awful experience. Being directed by Sukoon here after a minor car crash, the garage is part of their “premium” range apparently. Car was delivered the first time in laughable condition, kept in the garage for another three days and delivered with a switch broken, the car has been allegedly driven to a “yard” and for a “test drive” (??) by the team. For the first time in my life I had to go through a phone call with the Manager of the branch telling me “you are arrogant, i won’t fix your car”, the reception Manager ghosted me and throughout the repairing process I had to constantly follow up as no details were shared (what a premium experience, indeed?). No pictures provided after my request of clarifying the happenings of the broken switch, check-in of the car made in a very unprofessional way, so much so that they missed to highlight a dent in the right front tyre of my car, which I could have taken massively advantage of. Steer clear from this place if you value your car and its value. Despite my many request of being contacted by the Manager of the branch, he never picked up the phone and took the time to go through all details with me.

Picture 1 – switch broken, I have never been provided pictures upon checking in the car.
Picture 2 – team scrambling to fix the wobbly headlight they patched up. The day they deem the car ready I have scheduled a meeting in another Emirate, which costed me 400+ AED in transportation for their negligence.
Picture 3 – water tank’s lid missing, which I noticed only when I open the bonnet. Magically, it was somewhere in the garage.

Reading on many of the 1 star review, there are dangerous common pattern here: they drive cars without the owners knowing and authorizing it, often cars serviced by them are not driving like before, additional damages occurring while our precious vehicle are in their hands.

WORST WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the service provided by AG Cars Deira. I brought my car to your facility on July 25th for minor repairs on my bumper (body repair), with the assurance that it was in good running condition.
On August 9th, I was informed by Sukoon Insurance that the repairs were completed. However, upon collecting my vehicle, I found it dirty, with an empty fuel tank, missing items and coins, and unable to start despite adding petrol. The odometer also showed an increase in mileage that was not accounted for during my time at your facility.
For another 4 days they did not find any solution to my car and “suggested” by staff member, Hamza, that I would need a tow truck to transport the car elsewhere for further repairs. It is concerning that my car, which was running well prior to the repairs, now has mechanical issues that were not present before.

Additional damage to the car when kept for Accidental repair

I recently had my car repaired at AG Cars Service in Deira after an accident. While the repair work met my expectations, I was extremely disappointed to find that the interior roof fabric was sagging when I got my car back.When I questioned the staff, they claimed it was due to the summer heat. However, my car was in their possession for over 20 days, and I believe it was their responsibility to ensure the car was properly cared for during that time. They had initially claimed they would complete the repairs in 7 working days, but it took much longer.Additionally, I noticed a few wear and tear issues in the parts they repaired, which is unacceptable given the time they had my car.This damage to my car’s interior and the additional wear and tear are, in my opinion, a clear case of negligence by AG Cars Service. Their dismissive response, attributing the damage to the weather, is unacceptable. I expected them to take accountability and provide a solution, but they chose to walk away from the issue.
Sukoon insurance adviced me this garage, I would not recommend AG Cars Service due to their lack of responsibility and poor customer service. I hope they improve their practices and take better care of their customers’ vehicles in the future.

Massive delay of my car repair

Massive delay in repairing my car . Initially sourced second hand parts which was not compatible to my car which consumed close to 2 months and now planning to source new parts which will again take 45 days. But very unprofessional work resulting in additional paint bumps and spreaded the paint to rear lower guard which was black. Very worst repair center for incident cars

Rated as 5 star but it’s not worth to give even 1 star. This is my 8 months old experience, now facing issue in my car. Staff speak nicely but repair service is very very poor quality. After repair I kept my car again for quality test like misalignment of wheels and sound which was coming after accident repair. Then re-aligned my wheels and without solving sound issue, now my all tyres treads worn out. I checked with tyre shop & they said that alignment was not done perfectly due to that I had to change all tyres. Not changed even damaged parts near wheel, where incident happened, this also cause to damage my tyres and paint is OMG very poor. Within a month started to pade colour. No response in call center which they provided. Totally waste of money and waste time. I don’t recommend to anyone.
