    Worst experience

    I recently visited African Queen with friends for brunch and had one of the worst experiences. We specifically chose the non-alcoholic package, which was supposed to cost AED 350 per person. Throughout the brunch, we only consumed soft drinks and water, which we understood to be included in the package.

    To my shock, I was charged AED 980, and when I asked for clarification, I was told that soft drinks and water were not included in the package. This was never communicated to us at the time of booking or during the meal.

    Paying more than double the package price for a few soft drinks and water is completely unreasonable and feels like a deliberate lack of transparency. This ruined what could have been a pleasant experience.

    This company is an absolute disgrace. I worked hard for them, giving my time and effort, only to be completely robbed of my salary. They kept making excuses, avoiding my calls, and lying to my face about when I would get paid. They have no integrity, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for their employees. They use people, exploit them, and then throw them away without a second thought.
    But the mistreatment doesn’t stop with workers—customers are also victims of their terrible business practices. Orders are delayed, complaints go unanswered, and they don’t care about delivering quality service. If they are capable of stealing from their own employees, imagine how little they care about the people paying them. They are a fraudulent company that should not be trusted by anyone.
    I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone. No one deserves to work hard and then be left unpaid. No customer deserves to be lied to and disrespected. African Queen is nothing but a scam operation, and I strongly urge both workers and customers to stay far away. Businesses like this do not deserve support.
    Until they pay their workers and start treating customers with basic decency, they deserve to be called out for their shady and unethical behavior. Avoid this
    company at all costs!
