Unprofessional at all levels

My household shipment was partially lost and they cannot locate my items. It was a miserable experience. Even with car transport, they depend on ridiculous and cheap partners that cost clients unrealistic delays.

I will never recommend Aeon shipping to anyone.

Excellent overall shipping Experience

The pre-move coordination was excellent. The movers themselves showed up on time. I did the boxing and packing in advance while the movers did an excellent job wrapping and protecting my large items (sofa, stools, headboard, bed, etc…) before the move. They handled my things with care during the move. They took apart and reassembled my bed which was great.
The overall experience was excellent and a great value!

Worst ever

If you are planing to ship anywhere in the Americas (north or south) STAY AWAY FROM AEON. They have to be hands down the worst shipping company you can choose, I have had nothing but lying, cheating, and stealing from them. First of all, it took multiple weeks for them to even arrange a shipment, followed by being ignored, and left on read for weeks at at time, before my car was even shipped I was starting to think they were scamming me, because everything they did seemed exactly what scammers would do, take your money and then never respond. Eventually they started to work on it, giving me the option to ship my vehicle by itself or, in a container with another vehicle, it saved me some money to go with a a shared container so I did that. WHAT THEY DIDNT TELL ME, Was that the container actually had three vehicles not two like they stated, including and it had a bunch of house hold goods they were shipping. So not only did they lie about the container, they made me a cosigner for the container making me responsible for other people’s goods. Eventually it made its way to Canada, and when it arrived, it was checked by boarder services (CBSA), they found the container to packed completely wrong, they used non compliant wood ( not treated) to secure the vehicles and then they made a whole rack system for the household goods, my vehicle was also flagged for being too dirty to enter the country, so now because I was stuck as a cosigner I had to pay for wood removal for the entire container, as well as them building a new rack for other people’s goods, and cleaning the vehicle, which I was told by AEON that it was “done before transit” I asked them “how could this happen?” They responded “Dubai is a dirty country”, I asked “did you not clean it then?” And they responded “no of course we did”. Then how did it get flagged for dirt?? The CBSA provided me with pictures and it had very visible contamination. The vehicle was in a container the whole time, how does it suddenly get dirty on arrival? That being said AEON. Wouldn’t cover any fees on their end, my receiving agent here that they chose as a receiving agent, even agreed with me that AEON made the mistake and should pay the fees, but they wouldn’t. Everyday I was facing more and more fines because of them so I had to pay it all, it cost me an extra $6000 because of their mistakes. Finally when I actually received my vehicle, it was beat up from their transport, tons of paint chipped off and scuffs that’s weren’t in any of my pictures before tranit, they ripped part of my trim off and that was just tossed in the back seat, lots of garbage from the home country was blatantly obvious in the open parts of the vehicle, so clearly didn’t clean anything, and a set of rims was “missing” somehow in transport, so clearly they either forgot to put them in the vehicle, or they figured I wouldnt care they stole them? Also, my windows were open the whole time during transit, they never closed them, so after 7 months of travel, my whole vehicle had massive mold infestation, which cost me even more money to sort out. So if you like being lied to, cheated out of your money and headaches than yea go with this company run by a bunch of incompetent dogs and donkeys.
