ACT PRO & Business Services was started by childhood friends Ahmed Al Suwaidi and Michael Samuel. One is a member of the influential Al Suwaidi family from Sharjah, and the other, a British national, born and raised in the Emirates.

Originally established to manage the internal requirements of their group of companies. The expansion was a result of the lack of professional and elite Government-Administration service providers in the country. Filling in the role of a focused and intelligent partner, ACT emerged as a leading corporate service provider and support system for businesses across the GCC and United Arab Emirates. We concern ourselves with matters relating to company setup, company restructure, free corporate sponsorship and corporate PRO services.

There are a lot of agencies that do what we do. They share the same know-how, but we at ACT work towards what makes business sense and don’t work with just business experience. We keep ourselves updated and work towards sharpening the tools of our trade. Nurturing our relationship with our client is important to us. Honesty, transparency and a healthy dose of humour is in our core nature.

Our people are sharp, informative, precise and this tends to be contagious. We pride ourselves in our process and our attention to detail. We are agile, responsive, and adaptive towards changes in the market and its requirements. Our trained professionals will give you accurate and uniform information. A dedicated group of people focused on your requirements and your project.

ACT Corporate services has positioned itself as an industry leader. We understand the needs of our clients and the unique working style of the UAE and the region. ACT commits to helping you navigate the waters and ensuring the success of your business in the United Arab Emirates.
