Very bad service the philipino guy answer my call and I asked him to solve my issue because it was formula milk to my baby he even didn’t listen my complaint he said I can’t solve your issue . late delivery more than 3 hours after that number 0522771814 answer my call and he said will be 1 hour and after 2 hours he said it will be 30 minutes and after 1 hour more I receive my order with the delivery man he was also so rude . Not recommended at all .
They have absolutely no interest in dealing with clients just because they are the only one with a wife service of delivery in Dubai they are cashing in they don’t have medicine most of the time and if they do the delivery is 2-3 hrs !!! And after repeatedly asking them to bring change the drivers come without and then take the extras and disappear as usual they think after delivery charges the extras 2-3 AED is their right of TIPS !

We were supposed to receive the medicines tonight between 6pm-9pm, unfortunately it’s almost 11pm now and we received an SMS with tracker that it the delivery guy will arrived 16mins. After few minjtes tracker still states 16mins so we decided to call their hotline and we were informed that it will take approximately 30mins more for the medicine to reach our place. So we decided to cancel the delivery. Mediclinic should stop using 800pharmacy for their patients.

They refused to deliver my pain killer medicines because the insurance system is down and they have to wait for. I was waiting from 10AM to 8 PM. I sent the prescription to life pharmacy they didn’t even ask, they delivered and the they waited till the next day to get approval
