Best villa moving company in dubai

I used 800 Truck Moving & Storage for my villa move last week, and I’m very happy with their service. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all our furniture and belongings with great care. The entire moving process was smooth and well organized from start to finish.

The staff were friendly, hardworking, and made our villa relocation much less stressful. Everything was packed, transported, and delivered safely. I would definitely recommend 800 Truck Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company. Great service and a great team!

Scammed me

I had booked 800 truck to come in at 9am with 2 trucks and 12 guys, nobody came and upon following up, they sent me a non Registered freelance company with no brand, that came at 12pm with only 4 guys, took them 3 days back and forth and waste of time to move my flat, and 800 truck never apologised or admitted sub contracting.

800truck sold my move to another company without telling

I got SCAMMED by 800truck today, they sold my moving details to an unlicensed company with no name. You can see the photos below to verify that this scam is directly from 800truck as it is their phone number. I scheduled the movers for 9am and at 8am a different company arrived with 2 boxes and 1 blanket claiming to be 800truck but upon inspection of their moving truck, it was a different company that you cannot look up and the guy showed me his WhatsApp to show that 800truck had given him our moving details for them to do rather than 800truck. As if this was not bad enough, 800truck then refused to answer when we called them to find out what was happening. Now I am left scrambling to find a different and real moving company as I will not allow strangers with 2 boxes and 1 blanket into my home. As you can see from the photo… this is NOT an 800Truck company.

scammed

What they did is scammy, my details were given to another mover and the person who did it (probably getting a cut out of it) should be held accountable. Imagine waking up to find a different company trying to move your belongings claiming to be the one you requested!!! Shame

Disappointing Packing of items

800truck helped me move my home on 4th November 2023. I chose 800truck over other cheaper quotes, only expecting better and professional service. From the reviews I read over internet, I expected 800 truck to be professional.

But once the service was completed and when I opened the cartons they had packed my items, I was totally disappointed.

All items mixed and packed in unhygienic and unsafe manner.
Who will pack the toilet cleaning brush and tooth brush in the same box ?
Who will pack the fertiliser and soil for plants along with dishes/plates used in kitchen?
Who will pack the wet plates and open bottles, used dishes along with whatever item available in the room ?
They did .
Packing was just filing the cartons with whatever they got on hand. Not categories, no thinking, no professionalism applied.

I am not sure why this happened. I received quote from 800truck. But the people who came were from a company named , Star edge movers. When I asked about it, they informed we are same sponsors and it’s same service.
If what they said was true, “same service” then I doubt the reviews received for 800truck over internet.

The truck was not fully closed on the top side. Thank god it dint rain.

Only good side was the way the crew treated the customer. They were well spoken and mannered.
But the service was very poor in case of packing .

They handled furniture, appliances all with good care. Uninstalling and reinstalling of furniture and appliances were well taken care of.

But the way they packed items
Inside the carton , totally unprofessional. Especially the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Even few fragile items were broken.

I had to clean most dishes, boxes and a lot more items , before I could use. As they were mixed up unhygienic way. Also had to throw few.

Now I regret not choosing other quotes for cheaper price from other not so famous suppliers. I dint get service worth what I paid for.

I did pass my feedback to the service advisor from 800truck who was in contact with me, but there is no Response now from him.

Moving apartment

Tried their service yesterday unfortunately they just dumped everything in the boxes at hime, broke a lot of items. I messaged the guy I was dealing with all he said that he was sorry. No follow up call nothing. I now have to get additional help to sort my house out. First and last time. I will never recommend them to anyone.

“We are offering a comprehensive service that includes disassembling and packing all of your items with the utmost care, paying special attention to fragile items. We will then transport them to your desired location and assemble everything in your new home for you”
