This company is not reliable

I don’t recommend this company. There way to serve customers is a lack of respect. A warranty replacement of a Banner battery was approved by the supplier 18 month ago. Despite multiple phone calls, there was no reaction and Mrs Sheryl does never call back. Finally, after 1 year, I could reach her and she promised a delivery of the replacement battery after 2 weeks, confirming that they placed an order in Germany and that the battery is on its way. Since then, I placed more than 80 phone calls in 1 year, the colleagues always promise a callback from Mrs Sheryl, she’s always in a meeting, out of the office or on leave. Recently, I requested to talk to Mr Asif, the manager. After 4 weeks calling almost every day, I still don’t have a contact with him. His employee promises a callback every day, but no one calls back. I highly advise you not take the risk to enter into business with this company. My problem is still not solved until now. They have my defective battery since 18 months, they never replaced it despite approval from the manufacturer. I can suspect what they made with the battery.

Battery change

Not trust worthy at all. Battery replaced on site 2 days ago and I had to chase for a payment invoice and warranty paper. On top of that they told me I will only get 18 months warranty for premium battery. I paid for premium one and after chasing they sent me 12 months warranty.

First and last experience with them.

13 months after buying a new Bosch battery from them it died. Very conveniently the warranty is only 12 months and they refuse to help me, stranded in Damac Hills 2, because that is out of their range.
