Delayed pickup

I’ve been waiting since December 1 for 6th Street and their partner Vamos to pick up my package still nothing. The delivery team showed up two days ago without any prior notice and just left without completing the pickup. Now, whenever I call customer care, I’m automatically disconnected after an IVR message says, “We’re looking into your case.” This kind of negligence and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed, I strongly urge others to think twice before using 6th Street.

Nightmare Experience!!!
I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with the service I have received. I would give a lower rating if it were possible. I placed multiple orders yesterday because I urgently needed the items before leaving for my vacation. One package arrived correctly, with 3 boxes, but to my shock, 1 box has an item in it and 2 boxes contained nothing but an empty box from @Steve Maden. Another package received very late than expected.

What makes this situation even worse is the way my complaint has been handled. I contacted your support team immediately, expecting a clear solution for an issue this serious. Instead, all I received were empty promises from multiple agents with no real action taken. Not a single person took responsibility or provided a concrete resolution.

I paid for an item with my hard-earned money and received absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable. I expect this matter to be resolved urgently, with either a replacement sent immediately or a full refund processed without delay.

This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and it has severely damaged my trust in your service.

Disappointing Experience

I’ve had enough poor experiences with 6thStreet’s delivery partners to finally leave this review. It’s extremely disappointing that such a well-known platform continues to work with delivery companies whose drivers are consistently rude, unprofessional, and careless. There’s a serious lack of customer service culture—no courtesy, no updates, and zero accountability.

Even when reaching out to 6thStreet’s customer support, the response is cold and robotic, with no sense of urgency or empathy. Whether your order gets delivered or not seems to make no difference to them. Complaints are brushed off, and it’s clear that the delivery agents know nothing will be done about it.

If 6thStreet wants to keep its customers, they seriously need to rethink their partnerships and start treating customers like they matter.

Worse Customer service

I ordered a Tommy Hilfiger belt on June 3, and on June 4, I received an email stating that the item had been delivered. However, no proof was provided to confirm that it was delivered to the correct address.

After requesting delivery evidence, I was informed that the item was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. I immediately raised a complaint on June 4. Since then, I’ve only received an initial acknowledgment email, but no further updates have been provided.

It is now June 17, and I have yet to receive any resolution. The lack of communication is extremely disappointing no phone calls, no email updates, and no follow-ups unless I initiate contact myself. To make matters worse, there are no customer reviews on your website, which raises further concerns.

I don’t understand why the courier is not being held accountable, especially if there is an agreement in place between your company and the delivery service. It has been nearly two weeks without a clear answer, and this delay is unacceptable.

Bad experience with online order from 6th street

It really seems a scam
It really seems a scam. They deducted the money and emailed that my order is being processed. The order number didn’t show up on their customer care watts app number.
After constant emailing..i received a response that order is cancelled due to payment failure but at the same they say the exact amount will be refunded. Two contradicting statements… if payment is declined how come they know the amount and how do they assure the amount will be refunded.

Ordered sneakers, found a foot of stairs delivered, no notification of deliver no WhatsApp, no SMS, no email, no phone call. When tried to exchange for size they refused because past the 2 week exchange policy. Explained situation no customer service, no exception, even though their fault. Urge you to never use this vendor.

Don’t order from 6th Street anymore. Besides their delivery being delayed, they also send incomplete items. I ordered 4 Probulin items for my facial wash, but they only delivered two. They lure you in with supposed 50% off deals, making you want to order more because it’s cheap, but in the end, they disappoint you by delivering fewer items. Poor quality of Charles and Keith

I ordered a bag from the brand Charles and Keith, and received on the 30th April 2024. Two days ago I noticed that I have received a defective bag. I contacted customer service and I am not happy with their response. I respect company policy of return and exchange which is 14 days but some times there should be exception when there is quality defect which is in my case. Surprised to see a default in bag within 20 days since the purchase I use to love shopping from 6th Street but now I will never ever do the same mistake to trust 6th street.

Exchange and Refund

I had to exchange boot size from 44 to 45, it was available on app. they came took the 44 and waited more than 5 days to provide me with 45 size. I called them they request a claim, afterward they cancel the request because they didn’t find the size in the store. Waiting more than 2 weeks and I should wait 5 working days for refund. No other options for me, they canceled just like that with no respect and no option to choose other item. The agents were so nice. But the system is unprofessional. Even no compensations

This company is an absolute disgrace! Their so-called “commitment” to honesty is nothing but a sham. Don’t even get me started on their abysmal delivery track record. They couldn’t meet a deadline if their lives depended on it.

And let’s talk about their customer care – if you can even call it that. Rude doesn’t even begin to cover it. It’s like dealing with a pack of wolves who have zero interest in helping you. Good luck getting any sort of assistance or respect from those clowns.

Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this company. They’re a bunch of dishonest, incompetent, and disrespectful charlatans. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Your time and money are better spent anywhere but with these sorry excuses for a business.

Having read reviews after i had ordered

I was very nervous having just placed an order and then reading reviews. I placed my order at 1 am on Sunday morning 5 November in Dubai. I received a delivery date for wednesday 8 November. I woke up to a tect message saying my shoes will be delivered today (not wednesday as order said) At 15.45 on Sunday 5 November, my shoes were delivered, original boxed, new and with zero defects. Fantastic !

Placed an order on a bag and they send me a wrong item 3 times!!!

Ordered a backpack in a desing and color but they send me diffrent color and diffrent design, waste too much time and hassle 3 times explaining everything over and over again and they could not show it in better way that could not care less about theirs customer’s time and effort by sending same wrong item 3 times as replacement and at the end when their unprofessional staff couldn’t figure out how to find the issue and solved they decided to free themselves from trying a bit harder in helping but redirect me to return and refund, where I had to wait ages to get my refund and never questions the time and the energy I put into their useless support for the mistake they could resolve easily if they could care a little!!! Such a bummer experience I had with them apart from other disappointing things I faced with other orders I had with them like sending clothes with safety security pin still attached to the cloth they sent me and ask me to go to their physical store to remove it like if I wanted to put time in doing such thing why would ever bother to buy online from them.

And in all these tensions they cause me there was zero effort in either solving the problem or come up with decent appologise for their mistakes.

I wonder with this kind of services they provide how they still mange to run their business…

Delivery dates are incorrect

The delivery dates are incorrect. It’s been 15 days since I placed the order. However, I did not receive one of the items yet.
I called Customer service twice. The first time they said it takes 10 days to deliver. The second time they said, It takes 10 to 12 BUISINESS days.
I advised them to show the correct delivery dates in the app but they did not care. They are still showing 3 delivery days for the same item.

Refund please

1. THE BAG HAS A DAMAGED ON LEATHER STRAP, THE THREAD IS BROKEN AND NOT PROPERLY STICH LOOKS LIKE FAKE ITEM, HAVING RUBS ON THE EDGES ON THE STRAP AND GLUES O IT.
2. THE SHOES VERY DIRTY, THE SHOLE INSIDE SHOES IS DIRTY THIS KIND OF SHOES USED FOR DISPLAY IN SHOP AND USED BY CUSTOMER WHO WALK IN .

THE MONEY I PAY FOR IT ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL…

Unavailability of product after passing delivery due dates.

I ordered shoes from 6th street, and delivery date was around after 3 days, but I got msg on 4th day that the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of the product and the money will refunded in 7 days.
1st of all if the product was not available, why it was on display?
I have waited for 4 days, and you guys are keeping my money for 10 days.
It was my 1st and last order with 6th Street.

Very Bad Customer Service

Placed an order on 30th of September. But was surprised that they cancelled some items from my order on 8th of October for the reason that it is out of stock. How come it is out of stock wherein the items should already be secured once the order is paid and order is confirmed! There is also an item that shrunk even if you followed the washing instruction but they are not taking accountability with the quality of what they are selling. This company doesn’t care about their customer and quality of their products.

These guys are tarpping by offering discounts on premium products. When you choose one discounted premium item, many tend to buy some supplementary items as well. After you place all orders, they cancels and refunds main discounted item. So what you receive is only supplementary item.
