One Central's new living room is here. Relaxed, fun and packed full of things to do. Guests of the 25hours Hotel One Central can experience how the ancient traditions of the Bedouins are brought back to a modern life. Overlooking the Museum of the Future, near Dubai International Financial Centre, the hotel boasts 434 rooms and suites in addition to flexible events and co-working space. A total of five characterful restaurants and bars take guests on a culinary trip around the world from Northern India to the Beer Gardens of Bavaria: this is where urban nomads meet desert flowers, where local heroes meet the well-traveled. Alongside rental of MINI cars and Schindelhauer bikes the hotel will also feature The Extra Hour Spa, a rooftop pool and Dubai's first mixed-use rooftop sauna.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a deeply frustrating experience regarding billing and customer service. Upon arrival, I noticed an extra charge on my account for the first day. I called the hotel, and they confirmed it was a mistake and assured me the refund was processed. However, the refund did not arrive as promised.
I made several follow-up calls, each time receiving the same assurance that the refund was on its way. After multiple calls, they suddenly claimed there had been no overcharge at all. It took five calls to get any sort of explanation, and I was eventually asked to send an email. After one response, they stopped replying altogether. My attempts to resolve the issue were met with silence.
Additionally, the staff was disrespectful throughout this process. To make matters worse, I noticed continued small charges on my credit card over a two-week period after my stay.
If you want to avoid being scammed or having your money mishandled, I strongly advise against staying here. There are many other hotels in Dubai with more honest, responsive, and respectful staff.
The accommodations at this hotel are excellent. Additionally, their prices are really trustworthy.
