No show- twice!

Truly awful experience with this company. First of all it seems they go by both AtDoorstep and Mr Handyman- I received messages from both. Unclear as to why this might be.
They didn’t show up at the scheduled time, there was some miscommunication within their company it seems. They rescheduled for later and again failed to show up saying their workers were at another job. I had to find another company.
Disorganized and unreliable.
I would not trust them to make an appointment and keep it.

Refund Delayed despite not being provide the service.

The company confirmed that they can replace the door for the apartment and sent an invoice, asking for a 50%. Few weeks later they informed me that they were able to procure the door. The invoiced amount was for door procurement and installation and did not include anything else.
Although their customer service was quite responsive before, now they take hours to reply, even with multiple follow-ups and refuse to give a straight answer to what’s happening to my money and their replies to questions about the refund are “we’re summarizing details” and constantly “checking with the team” without any updates.
