Awful attitude from staff

When I voiced my opinion about hygiene, the staff (Agnes) who was supposed to work on me became agressive and defensive with obvious repulsive facial expressions to the point that I had to cancel my appointment.

I was booked already for 6:45p and confirmed and there were no rooms available upon arrival. Had to wait. Spoke to manager after incident who seemed a bit doubtful of what I said.

Very disappointing from a Salon who claims to be no1 worldwide !! Shameful
